U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Bradley Kogut a Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron 4 (VMAQ-4) plane captain and collateral duty inspector, monitors a U.S. Marine Corps EA-6B Prowler pre-flight inspection at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, Sept. 16, 2016. Pre-flight inspections are done to ensure all of the moving surfaces on the aircraft are functioning properly prior to takeoff. The VMAQ-4 is in Turkey in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve. Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve is a multinational effort to weaken and destroy Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant operations in the Middle East region and around the world.
