A Sailor assigned to Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific presents Rear Adm. Michael Giorgione with a flag during a change of command ceremony at Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet Headquarters. Giorgione was relieved as commander of NAVFAC-PAC by Rear Adm. Katherine Gregory. Gregory is the first female flag officer in the Civil Engineer Corps.
