A U.S. Marine assigned to Alpha Company, 1st Battalion 3rd Marine Regiment provides cover fire during a company assault on Training Area 17, part of Lava Viper 17.1, aboard the Pohakuloa Training Area, on the big island of Hawaii, Nov. 2, 2016.
