DAHLGREN, Va. (Oct. 19, 2016) – Republic of Korea (ROK) Brig. Gen. Park Cheol-kyun, deputy director general of the ROK Ministry of National Defense International Policy Bureau, holds an electromagnetic railgun projectile in front of the electromagnetic railgun prototype launcher at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). ROK Minister of National Defense Han Min-Koo – who led the ROK delegation to see new and emerging technologies developed at NSWCDD – is pictured to the right of Park.
