Lt. Col. Lane Turner, commander of Division Special Troops Battalion, 1st Armored Division and an Atlanta native, speaks to female junior enlisted Soldiers at the Remembrance Room in the Iron Oasis dining facility July 4. Turner's sister was responsible for coordinating with the Georgia Basketry Association and the Georgia Basket Weaver's Guild, two organizations of women who hand weave baskets, to donate 54 baskets full of various products for the female Soldiers.
