Petty Officer 3rd Class Alexander Hillbrown observes as the guided-missile cruiser USS San Jacinto (CG 56) breaks away from the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Laramie (T-AO-203) after completing a replenishment-at-sea. Hillbrown serves aboard San Jacinto as a boatswain’s mate, training and directing personnel in ship’s maintenance and preservation.
