Sailors assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 2 teach Royal Cambodian Navy (RCN) sailors navigation and chart familiarization in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, Oct. 31, 2016, during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia 2016.
