YAVORIV, Ukraine— The new U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, Marie L. Yovanovitch shakes hands with Capt. Freddy Mitchell, assistant S3 officer assigned to 6th Squadron, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division Oct. 27 at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center. “This is a huge part of our relationship and it’s important. I hear so much about it and I talk so much about it, so it was important for me to come out here and see it for myself,” she said.
