Retired Army Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Farrell, Special Troops Battalion, 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) and native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, gets presented the Soldier's Medal by Lt. Col. Brett Ayvazian, battalion commander, STB, 1st TSC for his selfless deeds on August 18, 2015, at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 557 in Tulsa on Oct. 20, 2016, for rescuing a newborn baby trapped in an overturned vehicle on Highway 87 north of Spring Lake, North Carolina.
