Members of the 774th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron and members of 455th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron install the center vertical restraint in a C-130 Hercules Aug. 26, 2006. The 774th will perform the first operational drop of a new GPS guided parachute called the Screamer 2K, Joint Precision Air Drop System. The system is designed to provide precision airdrops from high altitudes. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Brian Ferguson)
