Sailors and Marines man the rails aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan as it passes the memorials of USS Missouri and USS Arizona in Pearl Harbor as part of a scheduled port visit. Ronald Reagan is participating in the 22nd Rim of the Pacific Exercise, the world's largest multinational maritime exercise. RIMPAC is a biennial event which allows participating nations to work together, building trust and enhancing partnerships needed to improve maritime security. This year's exercise includes 14 nations, 34 ships, five submarines, over 100 aircraft and over 20,000 personnel. Ronald Reagan is the only carrier in the event.
