Alan Schrader, Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) commanding officer, speaks at the NBK – Bangor Navy Exchange (NEX) Mini Mart during a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony. As part of the 21st Century Sailor Initiative, the mini mart received upgrades to include features, such as a food bar with grab-and-go food, coffee and other beverages.
