Members of Lance Cpl. Floyd G. Cartrette's family approach Marine All-Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 224's flagship jet to witness, for the first time, Cartrette's name, rank and hometown of Whiteville, N.C., painted in memorial on a panel of the jet, June 18. Members of VMFA(AW)-224 stand at the position of attention in honor of Cartrette, who died March 28 in an automobile accident.
