Maritime Civil Affairs Team 203, from Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training Command conduct a site survey at a maternity clinic, where in conjunction with Naval Mobile Construction Batallion 7 plan paint and refinish the exterior of the clinic. MCAT 203 is currently deployed with the USS Gunstun Hall in West Africa supporting Africa Partnership Station West, an international initiative developed by U.S. Naval Forces Europe and U.S. Naval Forces Africa to improve maritime safety and security on the African continent.
