Capt. Kevin Hill, director of the Commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet Requirements and Concept Development and Experimentation program, addresses international partners attending a PANAMAX 2010 planning exercise at U.S. 2nd Fleet maritime headquarters. Naval officers from Argentina, Columbia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru and Uruguay are participating in the planning exercise from June 14-23. PANAMAX 2010 is a multinational training event that focuses on the defense of the Panama Canal.
