    Women training as a U.S. Marine Corps Female Engagement Team attached to the Black Sea Rotational Force 16.2 participate in Marine Corps Martial Arts training during Exercise Platinum Lynx, at Babadag Training Area, Sept. 22, 2016. Platinum Lynx 16.5 allows Marines to train alongside partner nations in the Black Sea, Balkan, and Caucasus regions. Black Sea Rotational Force is an annual multilateral security cooperation activity between the U.S. Marine Corps and partner nations in the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions designed to enhance participants’ collective professional military capacity, promote regional stability and build enduring relationships with partner nations.
