North Carolina National Guard Pfc. Ryan Hargraves, a military police officer assigned to the 1132nd Military Police Company helps unload water and other supplies at the South Robeson High School and shelter for victims affected by Hurricane Matthew, Oct 14, 2016. Soldiers work with federal agencies and local first responders from across the country to rescue displaced citizens affected by Hurricane Matthew. Soldiers also work with members of the community to distribute over 1700 cots, over 20 pallets of water and meals-ready-to-eat.
