Nelson, Commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa, addresses Marines of Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force - Crisis Response - Africa, and commends them for their hard work at Morón Air Base, Spain, Oct. 10, 2016.
