Mannhu Bui, a dental hygienist from the Pre-Dental Society at the University of California, San Diego, embarked aboard the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy, gives a piggy-back ride to a Cambodian child during a Pacific Partnership 2010 community service event at the Goodwill School. Pacific Partnership is the fifth in a series of annual U.S. Pacific Fleet humanitarian and civic assistance endeavors to strengthen regional partnerships.
