CAMP STRYKER, Iraq – Two Iraqi girls enjoy a new slide at a playground, which opened at the Civil Military Operations Center here Saturday. The playground is dedicated to five Civil Affairs Soldiers who died after being attacked during combat operations in the Multi-National Division – Baghdad area of operations: 1st. Sgt. Carlos Saenz and Spc. Teodoro Torres, both of Las Vegas, and assigned to the 490th Civil Affairs Battalion; Sgt. Nathan Vacho of Janesville, Wis., and Capt. Shane Mahaffee of Alexandria, Va., both of 489th CA Bn., and Lt. Col. Daniel Holland of Boerne, Texas, 352nd CA Command.
