This fly, a type of artificial bait used in fishing, was hand tied by Jackson Russell, an ITT cable technician contractor. The Nashville, Tenn., native is a member of the Baghdad Anglers Club and a fly-fishing instructor. The fly was constructed with parachute cord and beads from a dog tag chain.
