    I Marine Expeditionary Force

Evan Neese, both with Headquarters Battery, 3rd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, put a Defense Advanced Global Positioning System Receiver in place during the Battery Supervisors Course held at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Sept. 28, 2016. Marines use this process when placing battery weapons in the field. The course shows Marines how to properly set up a battery unit and control the unit from leadership positions.
