A military logistics operation is underway at a port facility, where a camouflage-painted military truck is being offloaded from a high-speed vessel via a metal ramp onto a wet pier. The vessel appears to be a US Navy Expeditionary Fast Transport (EPF) or similar catamaran-style military ship, identifiable by its distinctive hull design and an American flag visible on the superstructure. Ground personnel and heavy equipment, including a yellow forklift, are present on the pier to assist with the offloading process.
