Konstantynow Lodzki, Poland -- A memorial service honoring a WWII U.S. bomber crew that went down here March 15, 1945, killing two of the seven on board was held here Sept. 4. Henryk Brzyszcz, mayor of Konstantynow Lodzki invited members of the South Dakota Air National Guard 114th Fighter Wing and the 52nd Operations Group Detachment 1, based out of Lask Air Base, Poland to participate in the ceremony.
