The Georgian flag is flown for the first time aboard the Ex-Jefferson Island cutter following the transfer of two 110-foot U.S. Coast Guard cutters to the Georgian Coast Guard at the Coast Guard Yard, Baltimore, Md., Sept. 30, 2016.
