Khalil Essam Mohamed Elsayed (right), commander, Egyptian Human Development and Behavioral Sciences Center, on the equipment and capabilities of the Group’s heavy print detachment during a visit to Fort Bragg, Sept. 24-28. Elsayed and three other Egyptian army officers traveled here to exchange information in order to coordinate training programs and synchronize efforts with U.S. partners.
