Sailors from the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 put the final touches on a brake-test building on July 1, 2016 at Novo Selo Training Area, Bulgaria during Operation Resolute Castle 2016. These Sailors, knowns as “Seabees,” spent the summer at Novo Selo Training Area working with the Tennessee Army National Guard to improve the capabilities of the training base. Their additions to the base included building storage buildings for vehicle equipment testing and covered sheds on different areas of the base. (U.S. Navy photo by Lt.
