    In this image, released by the Texas Army National Guard, the entrance to the Mayor Cell on Camp Prosperity faces a small rose garden, equipped with benches and a sun-shade that makes for a nice spot for the service-members and civilians working inside to take a much needed break from their hectic schedules. Maj. Robert Briscoe, from Houston, leads the thirteen 72nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team soldiers that work there throughout the week.
