GULF OF PANAMA (Sept. 24, 2016) - Lt. Pedor Cortes of Mexico, and Lt. Miguel Castaneda of Colombia, conduct operational planning during the UNITAS 2016 exercise portion on board USNS Spearhead (T-EPF 1). UNITAS is an annual multi-national exercise that focuses on strengthening our existing regional partnerships and encourages establishing new relationships through the exchange of maritime mission-focused knowledge and expertise throughout the exercise.
