    Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Elliott Felix, alongside his explosive detection canine, Luna, has a discussion with an evaluator during an annual re-certification test administered by Transportation Security Administration personnel at a warehouse in Seattle, Sept. 19, 2016.

    Being one of only 16 canine explosive detection teams in the Coast Guard, Felix and Luna play a vital role in advancing the Department of Homeland Security’s mission to secure the homeland and protect Americans.
