Marines attending Corporals Course were given opportunities to look at displays of artifacts, such as this pickaxe and an artist rendering of Japanese Naval personnel digging a tunnel, in Okinawa, Japan, September 20, 2016. Corporals Course has recently implemented a battle sites tour to provide Marines the opportunity to see the history that was made before them.
