New commander, 1st Lt. Nicole M. Campbell, of Pineville, La., holds the colors of the 199th Brigade Support Battalion's Headquarters and Headquarters Company, after accepting them from the battalion's commander, Lt. Col. Marc Kelly, of Deville, La., during a ceremony held at Camp Liberty, Iraq, where the company is currently conducting force protection missions. The passing of the colors symbolizes the passing of command authority. The 199th BSB, headquartered in Alexandria, La., mobilized and deployed with the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, and is expected to return to home around the end of the year.
