New York Air National Guard, Tech Sgt. Todd Chisamore, a member of the 174th Attack Wing from Syracuse, N.Y. discusses the MQ-9 Reaper remotely piloted during the closing day of the 2016 Africa Aerospace and Defense Airshow and Exhibition at the South Africa National Defense Force’s Waterkloof Air Force Base on Sept. 18, 2016. Thirty-four members of the New York National Guard were part of the 100-person U.S. military contingent at the air show.
