The 455th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron accompanied by volunteers from various base units, leveled out concrete mixture using a screed, Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Sept. 19, 2016. The crew helped smooth out the concrete mixture manually before an aluminum screed past over to complete the process. The concrete mixture is being used to construct a parking lot.
