(Sept. 12, 2016) An EA-18G Growler, assigned to the Salty Dogs of Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (VX) 23, taxies to the runway before a test flight using 100 percent alternative jet fuel with Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus as a passenger.
