    160826-N-TI586-003 STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- International students attending the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School's Technical Welding and Applied Repairs course practice oxyacetylene cutting at NAVSCIATTS' facilities on the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. TWAR is an eight-week course that provides personnel with the knowledge and skills required to safely make structural repairs and perform preventative maintenance to aluminum, steel, fiberglass and rubber components in accordance with applicable factory technical manuals and approved doctrine. NAVSCIATTS is U.S. Special Operations Command's international center specializing in mobile and in-residence training across the tactical, operational and strategic spectrums in order to strengthen partner nation capabilities.
