Chief Master Sgt. David Provo, 506th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron chief enlisted manager and Lt. Col. Theodore Ruminsky, 506th ESFS commander case the 506th ESFS squadron guidon for the final time at Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq during a transfer of authority ceremony, May 28. The 506th ESFS transferred base security to the Army 1st Special Troops Battalion. In addition to the transfer of authority, the 506th ESFS was officially inactivated.
