U.S. Army Maj. Eric Torrado receives a U.S. Flag from Chief Boatswain’s Mate (Sel) Kevin Nolan during a 9/11 remembrance ceremony held Sept. 11, 2016, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Torrado intends to take the flag back to the New York City Police Department, where he is employed, and put it on display at One Police Plaza, the department’s headquarters. The ceremony was organized and conducted by Fiscal Year 2017 Chief Petty Officer selectees from Camp Lemonnier and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
