U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Dung Vu, a linguist with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) oversees excavation operation in the Thua Thien Hue Province, Vietnam, Sept. 1, 2016. DPAA deployed seven experts to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of three military personnel unaccounted-for from the Vietnam War.
