COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (August 31, 2016)Yeoman 2nd Class Yasmeen Emerson, a native of Chicago, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), gives a dog a bath at the Animal Protection and Welfare Center, during a Community Relations event, Aug. 31. The visit was aimed at building friendship and goodwill between the U.S. Navy and the people of Sri Lanka.
