Dr. Eric Emery, an underwater anthropologist assigned to Joint POW/MIA Personnel Accounting Command, analyzes the engine of an F-4 Phantom that was pulled from the water during a JPAC recovery mission in Quynh Phuong, Vietnam. The mission of the JPAC is to achieve the fullest possible accounting of all Americans missing as a result of the nation's past conflicts.
