Joint POW/MIA Personnel Accounting Command and Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 1 personnel scrape off barnicles from the engine of an F-4 Phantom that was pulled from the water during a JPAC recovery mission in Quynh Phuong, Vietnam. The mission of the JPAC is to achieve the fullest possible accounting of all Americans missing as a result of the nation's past conflicts.
