Carl Provost instructs Marines on basic knowledge of the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle during a Combat Operations Center Exercise aboard Camp Pendleton, California, Aug. 24, 2016. Provost is a motor transport mechanic with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
