160826-N-TI567-005 STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- International students participating in the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training Schools' Patrol Craft Advanced Training course receive a safety briefing prior to completing a practical exercise in riverine tactical operations at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. PCAT is a five-week course that provides established international military and police maritime special operations units with advanced training in the operation of patrol craft while conducting riverine special operations missions. Naval Special Warfare's NAVSCIATTS is a Security Cooperation schoolhouse operating under the United States Special Operations Command in support of Foreign Security Assistance and Geographic commander's Theater Security Cooperation.
