160816-N-WI365-066 (August 16, 2016) USAG KWAJALEIN ATOLL – U.S. Army Sergeant 1st Class Jeramy Bays, a master diver from Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, searches for a marker buoy as U.S. Army PFC Nicholas Lowden, a diver assigned to 7th Engineer Dive in Oahu, Hawaii, drops the anchor during a dive mission to inspect a seaplane wreck site in the waters of U.S. Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll. The mission of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation. For those killed-in-action, the accounting community is charged with locating, recovering and identifying their remains.
