Airman Joseph Sherwood, 60th Civil Engineer Squadron, spent time with Chief Master Sgt Steven Nichols, 60th Air Mobility Wing, command chief, to showcase his skills as a 60th Civil Egineer Squadron pavement and equipment apprentice, Aug. 19, 2016, Travis AFB, Calif., as part of the commander's Works With Airmen program. The program is designed to allow wing leadership the opportunity to shadow junior enlisted Airmen and receive a firsthand experience on how the Airman's duties and responsibilities contribute to the wing's overall mission.
