Staff Sgt. Brian Garrigan, emergency management craftsman with the 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron emergency management flight, talks with Master Sgt. Brian Falconer, flight superintendent, while participating in a co-agency training exercise with the 380th Expeditionary Medical Group bioenvironmental engineering section, April 9, at a non-disclosed base in Southwest Asia. The exercise helped maintain readiness and cooperation between agencies for events such as a hazardous material response. Falconer and Garrigan are deployed from the 4th Civil Engineer Squadron at Seymour-Johnson Air Force Base, N.C.
