Two U.S. Army soldiers in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) camouflage are shown in what appears to be an official setting with an American flag and a white flag in the background. The standing soldier, identified by name tape as 'LUSTER', appears to be assisting the seated soldier, identified as 'CAMPSEY', by adjusting or fitting an earpiece or microphone near his ear. The setting suggests a formal military briefing, press conference, or official ceremony.

In this image, released by the Texas Army National Guard, Sgt. Maj. Kelly Luster, Armed Forces Network, mikes Col. Mark Campsey, 72nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team commander from Richmond, Texas, prior to him participating in a satellite interview with the KHOU television show 'Great Day Houston' (Houston CBS TV affiliate) focusing mainly on the units under the 72nd IBCT that are currently deployed to Iraq. The men and women on this assignment perform a variety of missions, from force protection and security to conducting property transfers back to the government of Iraq. The interview was brought to a close after Col. Campsey emphasized how this and all deployments are only possible through the hard work and sacrifices made by the families back home and then thanked the public again for their continued support.
