ARABIAN GULF (Aug. 8, 2016) Lt. Jason Allnutt, the weapons officer assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), works with a harbor liaison to coordinate sea and anchor operations, 8 Aug. Frank Cable is deployed to provide support services as needed to forward-deployed naval forces in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
