Lt. Col. Richard Savage, the command chaplain for the 81st Regional Support command, listens to Lt. Gen. Jack C. Stultz, Chief, Army Reserve, during the grand opening of the Brevard, N.C., Army Reserve's Army Strong Community Center May 15. Several hundred Soldiers, veterans, family members, business owners and community leaders helped launch the second community-based center filled with resources not only to take care of Army Reserve families but all military families seeking assistance. Brevard is a small community tucked away at the entrance of the Pisgah National Forest in western North Carolina.
